Kimberley Kay

Kimberley joined NOE CPC in November 2023 as a Category Procurement Specialist, focusing on Healthcare Services and Pharmacy. As of 1st August 2025, she has been promoted to Category Manager, recognising her strong contributions, expertise, and progression within the organisation.

With over five years of experience working across NHS trusts, Kimberley brings a broad and practical understanding of the full procurement lifecycle. Her career has spanned roles in logistics, operational procurement, competitive tendering, and national framework procurement—giving her valuable insight into the complexity and demands of public sector procurement.

In 2024, Kimberley successfully completed her CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply and is currently working towards full MCIPS accreditation, committed to furthering her professional development and continuing to deliver value and innovation in healthcare procurement.
