This framework is designed to support eligible contracting authorities across the public sector. Medical gases are vital in chronic, acute, and emergency care settings, and this framework simplifies their procurement.
This framework is delivered by the four procurement hubs, NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP), NHS Commercial Solutions, East of England Collaborative Procurement Hub (EOE CPH), and NOE CPC. The lead hub and Contracting Authority responsible for establishing and managing this framework agreement is the NHS London Procurement Partnership.
