Social Value

Sustainability and Social Value (SSV) is an integral consideration for all NOE CPC frameworks.Thisdocumentcontains the following information on how to get the most out of sustainability and social value when accessing this agreement:

  • What social value questions were asked at the framework stage
  • How to utilise the social value committed at the framework stage
  • Alternatively, how to seek your own social value outcomes through the parameters already set
  • Framework specific SSV highlights

Suppliers awarded to the Legal Services (NOE.0647) have made social value commitments, all of which are outlined in this document.

To utilise the social value commitments, contracting authorities are advised to agree either what is within the the document at contract go-live, or to seek their own social value commitments through questions aligned to what has been asked already on the framework.
