Rachel Plant

Rachel has 12 years procurement experience from within both the private and public sector. Rachel joined NOE CPC in May 2024 after spending 5 years working in procurement/contract management teams in two of the large acute trusts in England. She has experience across a range of different categories including pathology, corporate and workforce.

Rachel is MCIPS qualified and joined NOE CPC as Category Manager in the HR & People Team.
