Matthew Shepherd

Matthew started his procurement career on the Pathways2Procurement NHS Graduate Scheme in 2023. He spent two years working at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in various categories, completing his Level 4 CIPS and a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Procurement and Supply.

After gaining this valuable experience he joined NOECPC in 2025 as a Procurement Support Officer. He is aligned to the Technology (ICT) and Healthcare Services & Pharmacy Categories.
