Lisa Tearney

I joined NOECPC in April 2025 as the senior category manager for ICT and have worked in procurement for over 20 years.

I joined the NHS in 2017 as the clinical systems assistant manager (Predominantly ICE) at Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals. Since then, I have worked in procurement at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust, buying for the medical category and managing the ICT and Corporate Services categories. My most recent role was the deputy head of procurement at Sheffield Health and Social Care.

Prior to joining the NHS, I worked in procurement for a wholesaler. I also co-managed marketing and sales. I worked in this role for around 15 years.
