Alison Galena

Ali joined NOE CPC as a Programme Manager in April 2025. Her focus is raising awareness and capability in the use of our digital landscape, supporting transformation programmes, and taking a lead on the maturity of Technical Services engagement processes. With a background in holistic healing, Ali is one of our Mental Health First Aiders and Wellbeing Champions.

Prior to joining NOE CPC, Ali came from LYPFT’s commercial service, Thrive by Design. Working as their Deputy Director, this service focused on health and care digital transformations that took a co-design and inclusive approach. Ali’s career has seen her working within many different IT functions, both private and public sector organisations, within a variety of roles including Business Analysis, Training and Development, Project and Programme Management.
